Numerous industry associations and networks in the green economy and event industry are promoting the "16 Steps Initiative" program in their environment.  The aim is to work together in the event industry to become climate-neutral and more sustainable step by step. The 16 steps will be published together step by step. In this way, the initiators want to reach as many players as possible. The aim is for the event industry to achieve a minimum standard for climate-neutral, sustainable events by 2025. The partners involved agree that the event industry can and must make its contribution to a climate-neutral overall economy that is in line with the German government's Climate Protection Act. The initiators emphasize that it is no longer a question of whether the climate is changing. The focus is on ensuring that the changes remain tolerable over the next few years and that the players in the event industry adapt. The individual steps are based on the Sustainability Rider and the Sustainability Checklist by Stefan Lohmann. The memnun app accompanies people with a migration background in particular on their path to greater satisfaction by providing them with tools that allow them to recognize, preserve and mindfully strengthen their inner strength. This includes our "memnun through resilience" prevention course, which imparts the knowledge of 11 experienced culturally sensitive experts from the fields of psychology and medicine. They use exercises to guide people through a journey to discover their strength. Our journals make it possible to reflect on or structure the day. Our target groups are people with a migration background, as their additional causes of stress such as the experience of discrimination, the search for identity and collective phenomena are not given enough space in existing apps. Our branding and our communication are in line with this. In order to make the app financially accessible, we are currently in the process of certification with the ZPP according to §20 SGB Chapter 7. We offer statutory health insurance in particular to make our app accessible to their insured persons without advance payment in order to strengthen and protect them preventively with our multimodal stress management program and to establish a loyal connection with affected insured persons.
