The project, which is supported by a coalition of companies, educational institutions and non-profit organizations, offers trainees the opportunity to actively participate in shaping a sustainable future.

Through training sessions, workshops, and practical projects, they are trained in the areas of waste prevention, recycling, upcycling, and resource efficiency. Over five days of training, participants not only gain theoretical knowledge but also have the opportunity to gain practical experience by working on real projects within their company aimed at reducing the company's ecological footprint and developing innovative solutions to resource scarcity.
