Do you have an idea for a solution to a technical, social or ecological challenge (product or service)? Do you want to drive this idea forward, get professional feedback or win a little financial start-up aid? Then apply here for the 4th cross-university ideas competition! Applications are now open and the deadline for submitting your idea is 24.01.2024. The project team will select the ten most promising ideas from the three universities Dortmund University of Applied Sciences and Arts, Bochum University of Applied Sciences and the Westphalian University of Applied Sciences and Arts. These will be pitched to a panel of experts at the final event on 08.02.2024. The jury will then decide on places 1-3. The award ceremony will take place directly after the announcement of the winners. The prizes are: 1st place consulting voucher worth approx. 1,000 euros 2nd place consulting voucher worth approx. 750 euros 3rd place consulting voucher worth approx. 500 euros In a joint discussion, the winners determine which start-up-specific consulting services the vouchers will be used for. In addition to the consulting vouchers for the winners, the participants in the final round (1-10) will receive professional jury feedback and access to the start-up network of the three universities.
